Terms of Service
Last updated 3 October 2026
These are the general terms for Vanguard Verify. The role-specific terms for buyers, sellers and brokers, which you accept with "I Agree" before your first check, apply in addition to these terms.
- The service. Vanguard Verify gives an independent due-diligence opinion based on the information available at the time of the check. It is not a guarantee of any deal, counterparty, cargo or payment. It does not replace your bank, your lawyer or your own judgement.
- Your responsibilities. Upload only documents you have the right to share, and give accurate information. All trading decisions are yours.
- Subscriptions.
- Plans renew automatically each month, or each year on annual billing.
- Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Monthly check allowances reset each month and do not roll over.
- Free checks.
- The basic check is free forever, with no card. Each person gets 5 free basic checks a month. A basic check covers one document at a time: the 25 automatic checks, the scam-wording scan, check digits and a registry match.
- Each sender gets 5 free email checks a month at check@mail.verify.vtcgw.com, with attachments up to 10 MB.
- Brokers get 3 free full deal checks.
- Limits are tied to email, phone and device. Creating extra accounts to get more free checks is not allowed.
- Independence. We do not verify any deal in which a Vanguard entity is a party (see the Independence Policy).
- Confidentiality. Your documents and findings are confidential, except as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profit, or the acts of counterparties, banks, carriers or inspectors.
- Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE as applied in Dubai, and the Dubai courts have jurisdiction.
- AI assistance. Some checks use automated and AI-assisted tools; results are reviewed against our checking rules.
