Accessibility statement

Vanguard Verify wants everyone to be able to check a deal, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, screen magnification or voice control.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. That means:

• Every page and form works with the keyboard alone (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Space and Esc), with a clearly visible focus outline.
• A "Skip to main content" link appears when you press Tab on any page.
• Every form field has a label, and error messages are announced to screen readers.
• Images have text alternatives, and text has a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1.
• Pages work when zoomed to 200% and on small screens.

Known limits

• The document check reads text from photos automatically. If it cannot read your document, you can type the key numbers into the box instead, or email the document to verify@vtcgw.com.
• The downloadable Trade Passport is a designed PDF. If you need it in another format, ask us and we will send the same information as plain text.

Tell us about a problem

If anything on this site is hard to use, email verify@vtcgw.com with the page address and what happened. We reply within 5 working days and can complete any check for you by email instead.
